Wanda Lois Patterson, nee Prince, 89, of Shelbyville, MO, formerly of Cahokia,IL., born October 28, 1928 in Muskogee, OK, passed away on Tuesday April 24, 2018 at her home surrounded by her family.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Mack J. Patterson who passed away on September 3, 1981; two sisters, Mary Prince and Alta Scott.

Surviving are her children, Linda Guerrero of O'Brien, OR, Helen (Bill) Russell, Patrick Patterson both of Shelbyville, MO; three sisters, Lucille Keyes of Greenwood, AK, Versie Cassadey of Stockton, CA, Shirley Garvis of Clarkville, AK; brother, Norman Prince of Clarksville ,AK; 11 grandchildren, Billy (Kim) Russell, Randy (Sarah) Russell, Rhonda (Doug) DuBose, Tara (Rick) Mande, Josh (Jeanine) Patterson, Jake ( Hilary) Patterson, Bradley Patterson, Mathew Patterson, Larry (Joyce) Nichols, Michael Nichols, Brian Nichols; 21 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren. She was a dear aunt, cousin and friend.

"Oh me, Oh my!" - She will be loved and missed by many.



Visitation will be on Monday April 30, 2018 from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Braun Colonial Funeral Home Cahokia, Illinois. Funeral services will follow at 12:30 p.m. at the funeral home with Reverend Larry Ridenour Officiating. Burial will be at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery St. Louis, Missouri
