TRENTON WILLIAM SCHLEGEL, 29, of Shiloh, Illinois, formerly of Cahokia, Illinois, born February 3, 1988, in Centreville, Illinois, passed away on Sunday, August 20, 2017, at his residence.

Trenton was employed by Riverside Real Estate of Belleville, Illinois.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Donald Lange and his paternal grandmother, Darlene Schlegel.

Surviving are his daughter, Destinee Schlegel-Morber of Belleville, IL; his parents, William and Donna, nee Lange, Schegel, Jr.; two brothers, Tyler Schlegel, Sr. of Shiloh, IL and Travis Schlegel of Collinsville, IL; a sister-in-law, Fere' Schlegel of Shiloh, IL; his paternal grandfather, William Schlegel, Sr. of Highland, IL; his maternal grandmother, Audrey Lange of St. Louis, MO; and four nephews, Tyler, Jr., Anthony, Tylyn and Taylyn. He was a dear nephew, cousin, and friend.

Memorials may be made to the family for Trenton's daughter, Destinee.

A Gathering of Family and Friends will be held from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 24, 2017, at Braun Colonial Funeral Home, Cahokia, Illinois. A Memorial Service will immediately follow at 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home, with Pastor Beverley Wilkes-Null officiating.
