Tonya Lynn McDaniel, 55, of Cahokia, Illinois, born July 5, 1961, in Centreville, Illinois, died Wednesday, March 15, 2017, at Barnes-Jewish Hospital, St. Louis, Missouri.

Tonya was employed by St. Elizabeth's Hospital, Belleville, Illinois.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Larry and Shirley, nee Allison, McDaniel.

Surviving are her two daughters, Jamie Riley and Amberlyn Thompson, both of Dupo, IL; and two grandchildren, Robbie Smith and Kloe Hamilton, both of Dupo, IL. She was a dear cousin, niece, and friend.

Memorials may be made to the family.

Friends may call from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Monday, March 20, 2017, at Braun Colonial Funeral Home, Cahokia, Illinois. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 21, 2017, at the funeral home, with Pastor David Wright officiating. Burial will be in Valhalla Gardens of Memory, Belleville, Illinois.
