Terry L. Posey (Dunlap), 68, of  Sauget, IL, formerly of Cahokia, IL, passed away peacefully in her home on Sunday, October 27, 2024.

Terry was retired from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville Head Start Program where she enjoyed working around the children very much.  After retiring, she loved to be outside working in the yard tending to her flowers as well as bird watching. She also enjoyed playing card games and doing puzzles. She was an active church member and volunteered at their food pantry.

She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Mike Posey of Sauget, IL, son, Mike Posey (Katie) of St. Louis, MO, daughter, Jennifer (Dennis) Gapsch of Arnold, MO, three grandchildren, Kayla Posey, Mason Gapsch and Grayson Gapsch. She loved her family very much and will be greatly missed by all.
