Terry G. Jones, 86, 0f Cahokia, Illinois, born on June 5, 1936, in Festus, Missouri, died on Thursday, July 21, 2022, at his residence.

Terry was retried as an electrician from the Village of Cahokia. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, spending time with family and friends, and as a member of the Waterloo Sportsman's Club for 29 years.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Sidney and Jeanette (Fitzgerald) Jones.

Terry is survived by his wife of 66 years, Judy, nee Prewett, Jones; his children, Terri Lyn (Richard, Jr.) Dennis of Milford, Delaware, Jeffrey (Valerie) Jones of Granite City, Illinois, Timothy (Stephanie) Jones of Cypress, Texas, and Todd (Kimberly) Jones of Columbia, Illinois; and a brother, Alan (Sharon) Jones of Festus, Missouri. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, Stephen (fiancee Megan) Jones, Eric (Angela) Dennis, Richard Dennis III, Jessica (fiance Alan) Jones, Matthew (fiancee Natalie) Dennis, Palmer Jones, Austin (fiancee Alexandria) Jones, and Elizabeth Jones; and two great grandchildren, Payton and Phoebe Dennis.

His wishes were to be cremated and a Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, August 13, 2022. from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. at the Waterloo Sportsman Club, Waterloo, Illinois.

Braun Family Funeral Home in Columbia, Illinois was entrusted with the care of Mr. Jones.
