Tammy Jean Hill, nee Howard, 57, of Columbia, Illinois formerly of Cahokia, Illinois, born July 23, 1960, in East St. Louis, Illinois, passed away on Monday, April 9, 2018, at Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri.

Tammy was a faithful member of the Parkview Church of the Nazarene and Emmanuel Nazarene Church. She loved the outdoors and was an avid fan of her children's and grandchildren's sports.

She will be happily joining her father Gary Howard in Heaven and step father Merwin Moore.

Surviving is her loving husband of 36 years Joel Hill; her children, Matt (Andrea) Howard of Columbia, IL, and Michelle Hill of St. Louis, MO; her mother, LaWanda Howard-Moore of Columbia, IL; two brothers Gary (Deborah) Howard of Fairfield, OH and Greg Howard of Nashville, IL; two grandchildren, Bridget and Matthew II. She was also a dear sister-in-law, aunt, great aunt, cousin and friend.

Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 12, 2018, at Braun Family Funeral Home, Columbia, Illinois. Funeral services will be held Friday, April 13, 2018, at 11:00 a.m. with Reverend Tim Gates officiating at the funeral home.
