Sue Ann Underwood, nee Satterwhite, 64 of Waterloo, Illinois, born on November 19, 1953, in East St. Louis, Illinois, passed away on Saturday, February 16, 2018, at her residence surrounded by her loving family.

Mrs. Underwood was formerly employed by Cahokia Floral & Gifts and Dupo Florist. She also loved watching Hummingbirds.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Betty, nee Pickering, Satterwhite and her sister, Darlene Vasquez.

Surviving are her loving husband of 47 years, Ron Underwood Sr.; her children, Deanna (Brian Schukar) Suchman of Vandalia, IL, Ronnie (Mera) Underwood Jr. of Elpaso, TX, Robert Underwood of St. Louis, MO and Ryan Underwood of Waterloo, IL; a sister, Tracey Satterwhite of Cahokia, IL; five grandchildren, Errol, Robert, Abby, Ella and Molly. She was also a dear aunt, cousin and friend to many.

Visitation will be on Tuesday, February 20, 2018 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Braun Family Funeral Home 265 Quarry Road Columbia, IL.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, February 21, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Gene Longo officiating. Burial will be in Lakeview Memorial Gardens in Fairview Heights, Illinois.
