Stanley "Mike" Michael Songer, 63, of Waterloo, IL, passed away on March 16, 2020 in St. Louis, MO, surrounded by his family.  Mike was born on November 27, 1956 to Junior and Alice, nee Smith, Songer.

Along with his parents, Mike was preceded in death by his long time friend and wife, Linda Songer.

Mike leaves behind to cherish his memory, his brother and best friend, Danny (Sharon) Songer, sisters, Donna (Dennis) Gregory and Deborah (Jeff) Wynn.  He was the best uncle to Stacey (Clint) Walters, Ernie (Danielle) Aubuschon, Danny (Corie) Songer, and Breanna (Nathan) Koen, that he enjoyed teasing when they were children. Blessed to have him as their great uncle are, Lena, Hunter, Chloe, Andrew, Parker, Dylan, Zach, Benjamin, and Gunner.

Mike loved motorcycle riding with his good friend, Becky Denbow and other friends and hanging with his brother, Danny.  He and Danny took long rides to nowhere and watched cartoons and old shows on the TV.

As per his wishes, Mike was cremated.  He was an organ donor, which hopefully help many people.

A private graveside service will be held.  A celebration of his life will be done at a later date.
