Roxanne "Roxie" Scharf, nee Fishburn, 57, of Cahokia, IL, born August 10, 1959 in Butte, MT, died Tuesday, March 21, 2017, at Barnes Jewish Hospital, St. Louis, MO.

She was a member of V.F.W. Ladies Auxiliary of West Belleville and a former member of the Cahokia Moose Lodge.

Roxie was preceded in death by her mother, Roberta Fishburn; two brothers, Wesley Fishburn and Rodney Woods; and a sister, Tina Woods.

Surviving are her husband, John Scharf; her children, Jamie Kay Buttvick of Branson, MO, James Joseph (Rachel) Buttvick of House Springs, MO; and Michael (Jenny) Wolfong of Brighton, IL; her father and step mother, Harry Wesley and Cora Fishburn of Virginia, IL; two sisters, Ava (Thomas) Pacholke of Virginia, IL and Russie Nation of Springfield, IL; a brother, Lance (Tracy) Fishburn of Springfield, IL; two step sisters, Hollywood Woods and Sherry Williams, both of Springfiled, IL; two step brothers, James and Robert Woods, both of Springfield, IL; her mother-in-law, Betty Scharf of Dupo, IL; a sister-in-law, Sherrie Scharf of Dupo, IL; and several grandchildren.

At her request, she was to be cremated and Celebration of Life Services will be planned in the future.
