Roxanne "Rocky" M. Hilboldt, nee Meadows, 68 of Columbia, IL, born December 3, 1957 in St. Louis, MO, passed away on Friday, December 19, 2025 in Columbia, IL.

Rocky was retired from Midcoast/Jet Aviation in Cahokia, IL. She enjoyed antiquing, her dogs and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Noah Meadows and Mary Ketcherside; stepfather Roy Ketcherside; sister, Teresa Caballero.

Surviving are her husband, Thomas Hilboldt; three children, Ross (Christine) Vandever of New Port Richey, FL, Kristina (Aaron) Kirkhart of Wichita, KS and Nicholas (Katie) Hilboldt of Killeen, TX; six sisters, Linda Mansfield, Angela (Steve) Poston, Diane Hunt, Debbie Vandever, Beth (Greg) Schumacher, and Norita (Glenn) Hissong; five grandchildren, Ross, Justin, Jordan, Thomas and Jace. She was a dear sister-in-law, aunt , cousin and friend.

A private family gathering will be conducted at a later date.
