Robert "Bobby" L. Haney, 51, of East Carondelet, Illinois, born January 2, 1972 in East St. Louis, Illinois, died Tuesday, May 9, 2023 at Bria of Columbia Care Center.

Bobby attended Calvary Baptist Church in East Carondelet, IL.

He was preceded in death by a daughter, Angel Marie Haney; his parents, Melvin Haney and Judy Taylor; and his grandparents.

Surviving are his four children, Robert Hundelt and Ryan Haney, both of Benton, IL, and River and Mattea Tate, both of Dupo, IL; two brothers, Melvin "Dean" Haney and Charles Jason "CJ" Mahan of East Carondelet, IL; and two grandchildren, Anna Marie and Dexter Haney.  He was also a dear uncle, cousin, and friend.

A Gathering of Family and Friends will be held from 6:00 to 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 16th at Calvary General Baptist Church, 20 Godin Ave., East Carondelet, IL.  A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will immediately follow at the church.
