Robert "Bob" Lee Hill 72, of Columbia, IL., formerly of Dupo, IL., born on October 28, 1944 in East St. Louis, IL., passed away on January 21, 2017 at his residence.

Mr. Hill retired from Rogers Cartage Company in Sauget, IL., he was a member of Local #50 in Belleville, IL.

Preceded in death by two daughters, Sherry and Kelly Hill, his parents, Hirchel and Nellie Stevens, Hill; one brother, Hirchel Edward Hill I.

Surviving are his daughters, Kimberly (Rich) Crouch of Columbia, IL., and Kristina (Tom) Owen of Columbia, IL., his former wife, Barbara Hill of Smithton, IL., one brother, Lyle (Catherine) Hill of Waterloo, IL., one sister, Janice (Ronnie) Dixon of Belleville, IL., one sister-in-law, Mary Hill of Belleville, IL. six grandchildren, Dane, Madison, Adam, Landon, Abigayle and Libby. He was a dear uncle, cousin and friend to many.

Visitation will be on Monday, January 23, 2017 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Braun Family Funeral Home 265 Quarry Rd. Columbia, IL.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday January 24, 2017 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home with Reverend Larry Ridenour officiating. Burial will be in Valhalla Cemetery Belleville, IL.
