Paula A. Wors, nee Coonrod, 67 of Sauget, IL, born July 20, 1954 in St. Louis, MO, passed away on Saturday, January 8, 2022 at her residence.

Paula finished her working years at Missouri Baptist Hospital in St. Louis, MO.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Michael Wors; parents, Bobby and Shirley Coonrod; and sister, Jackie Coonrod.

Surviving are her children, Melissa (Nancy) Black of Maryland Heights, MO and Phillip Black Jr. of Chicago, IL; grandson, Gage Black; brothers, Robert (Mary) Coonrod and David (Fatima) Coonrod; sisters, Christine Laurenzo, Susan Allen, and Rebecca (Nicholas) Wors. She was also a dear sister-in-law, aunt, cousin, and friend

Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or the Humane Society.

A Gathering of Family and Friends will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon, Tuesday, January 18, 2022, at Braun Colonial Funeral Funeral Home, Cahokia, Illinois. A Memorial service will follow at the funeral home. Burial will be in Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, St. Louis, Missouri.
