PATRICIA ANN RAMIREZ, nee Whitton, 80, of Cahokia, Illinois, born December 17, 1936, in East St. Louis, Illinois, entered into her eternal heaven Tuesday, June 6, 2017, at her residence surrounded by her family.

Patricia was a retired as both the manager for Goodwill Industries and Director of the Cahokia Senior Citizen's Center. She attended Maplewood Park Baptist Church in Cahokia, IL and was a member of the Cahokia Lions Club.

She was preceded in death by her husband, William Ramirez, Sr.; a son, Harold J. Ramirez; her parents, Joseph C. and Mildred, nee Exline Whitton, Sr.; four brothers, Joseph Whitton, Jr., and Morris, Charles "Toby" and David Whitton; two sisters, Leona McNally and Wilma Cleaton; and a dear niece, Joyce Ann Galvez.

Surviving are her children, Kathy (Jim) Sievers, Genia Ramirez, Roberta (Rodney) Baker, Gerald Ramirez, William (Misty) E. Ramirez, Jr., and Charles "Chuck" (Andrea) D. Ramirez; a daughter-in-law, Sharon Ramirez; two sisters, Laura Williams and Donna Kinne; 20 grandchildren; and 17 great grandchildren. She was a dear sister-in-law, aunt, cousin, and friend.

Friends may visit from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 8, 2017 at Braun Family Funeral Home, Columbia, Illinois. Funeral services will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. Friday, June 9, 2017 at the funeral home.
