Patricia "Pat" A. Buxton, 79, of O'Fallon, Illinois, born November 17, 1944 in St. Louis County, Missouri, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 22, 2024, at her residence.

Pat was retired from the St. Clair County Sheriff's office.

She was preceded in death by her husband, William "Bill" N. Buxton; her mother, Rose B. Hartmann; and a sister, Karen Butler.

Surviving is her brother, William (Debbie) Brady of Chesterfield, MO.

Pat's ashes will be interred with her husband Bill at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, St. Louis, Missouri at 10:15 a.m. on Friday, May 31, 2024.

Braun Family Funeral Home, Columbia, Illinois was entrusted with the care of Patricia.
