Nancy Ann Wright, 65, of Centralia, Illinois, born February 12, 1957 in East St. Louis, Illinois, died Sunday, May 15, 2022 at St. Mary's Hospital in Centralia, Illinois.

For some, it's hard forged. Molded by experiences that shape who we choose to be, influencing what's left behind. For others, the choice is not of their making. A legacy so profound, you must be still in spirit to grasp its greatness.

Nancy was preceded in death by her mother, Billie J. Zahn, nee Stone and a brother, Dennis Zahn.

Surviving are her brothers, John (Debbie) Lopez of Edwardsville, IL and Glen (Michael) Zahn of St. Charles, MO and two nieces, Jennifer (Kenny) Burke of Highland, IL and Becky (Matt) Herman of Glen Carbon, IL. She was also a dear niece, cousin, great aunt, and friend.

Friends may visit from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 18, 2022 at Braun Colonial Funeral Home, Cahokia, Illinois. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 19, 2022 at the funeral home. Graveside services will be at 2:30 p.m. Thursday at Oak Grove Cemetery, Charleston, Missouri.
