Mary Ann Franks, 78, of Cahokia, Illinois, formerly of Pine Bluff, Arkansas, born August 27, 1947 in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, passed away on Monday, September 30, 2025 at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri.

She was a member of the Assembly of God Church in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. She was always on the go and loved to keep active.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Margaret, nee Reidhar, England and a grandson, John Chance Franks;

Surviving are her son, John "Scott" (Monica) Franks of Pine Bluff, AR; two brothers, Raymond (JoAnn) England and R. J. (Cindy) England, both of Pine Bluff, AR; three sisters, Peggy Shelton of Cahokia, IL, Frances Berry of Independence, KS and Angie England of Cahokia, IL; a granddaughter, Gina Montague; and a great grandson, Jake Burns.  She was also a dear aunt, cousin, and friend.

In following Mary's wishes a private cremation was to be held.  A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date.
