Mark A. Myers, 57, of Cahokia, Illinois, born November 7, 1966 in Centreville, Illinois, died Thursday, October 3, 2024 at Granite City Nursing and Rehab.

Mark was employed by the Cahokia School District 187.  He enjoyed riding motorcycles.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Margaret, nee Trost, Myers; three brothers, Edwin L. Myers, Freddy Alvin Myers, and Joseph Raymond Myers; and two brother-in-laws, Herbert Wolf and Donald Martin Buchanan, II.

Surviving are his sisters, Edna Wolf of Caseyville, IL, Jennie Stuart of Chicago, IL, Joyce Buchanan of Highland, IL, and Myra (Leroy) Eiskant of Pacific, MO.  He was also a dear uncle, nephew, cousin, and friend.

Memorials made to the Brain Injury Research Institute, the Humane Society, or Guiding Dogs.

Friends may visit from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 9, 2024 at Braun Family Funeral Home, Columbia, Illinois.  Funeral services will follow at 7:00 p.m.  A Graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 10, 2024 at the Blodgett Cemetery, Blodgett, Missouri.
