Marianne Crawford, nee Dodson, 85, of Columbia, Illinois, born October 22, 1932, in East St. Louis, Illinois, died Friday, April 13, 2018, at St. Anthony's Hospital, St. Louis, Missouri.

Mrs. Crawford was retired from Illini Federal Bank in Fairview Heights, IL. She formerly volunteered at the food pantry in Fairview Heights, IL. After her retirement Marianne enjoyed caring for her grandchildren and traveling around the country.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Verne and Wanda, nee Nugent, Dodson; a brother, Verne "Buddy" Dodson; and a sister, Betty Dodson.

Surviving are her loving husband of 67 years, Kenneth Crawford; her children, Kim (Frank) Eversman of O'Fallon, IL, Dan (Maria) Crawford of Denver, NC, and Gregg (Jane) Crawford of Columbia, IL; seven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. She was also a dear sister-in-law, aunt, cousin, and friend.

A Gathering of Family and Friends will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon on Monday, April 16, 2018, at Braun Family Funeral Home, Columbia, Illinois. A Memorial Service will follow at 12:00 noon at the funeral home, with Father Carl Scherrer officiating. A private cremation was held.
