Lucille M. O'Guinn, nee Sitzes, 88, of O'Fallon, Illinois, formerly of Cahokia, Illinois, born April 8, 1929, in St. Louis, Missouri, died Monday, March 5, 2018, at BJC Evelyn's House in Creve Coeur, Missouri.

Lucille was formerly employed by Chase Candy in St. Louis, MO.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Julia Laws, nee Sitzes.

Surviving are her loving husband of 70 years, Arvil E. O'Guinn; her children, Roxanna (William) Haynes of Millstadt, IL, Steven (Tila) O'Guinn of Cahokia, IL, and David (Lori) O'Guinn of Millstadt, IL; five grandchildren, Ronald (Shannon) Hall, Chastity Knight, Steven O'Guinn, Thomas (Amanda) O'Guinn, and Justin (Amanda) O'Guinn; three great grandchildren, Tyler, Trenton, and Kinady; and three great great grandchildren, Ireland, Amira, and Zaiyn. She was also a dear sister-in-law, aunt, cousin, and friend.

Memorials may be made to BJC Evelyn's House in Creve Coeur, MO.

Friends may visit from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon on Wednesday, March 7, 2018, at Braun Family Funeral Home, Columbia, Illinois. A Funeral Service will follow at 12:00 noon at the funeral home, with Pastor Roger Reid officiating. Burial will be in St. Matthew Cemetery, St. Louis, Missouri.
