Louis A. Heiple, Jr. 60, of Cahokia, Illinois, born September 2, 1962 in Centreville, Illinois, passed away on Saturday, August 5, 2023, at Barnes-Jewish Hospital,  St, Louis, Missouri.

Louis was retired from United Auto Workers Local 1268 Belvidere, IL., He was also a member of Sheet Metal Workers Local 105 and was a member of the NRA, He was an avid hunter and fisherman and he loved to be outdoors.

He was preceded in death by his father, Louis Heiple, Sr. and a son, Jonathon Allen Heiple.

Surviving are his wife, Anna M. Heiple, nee, Jones; a son, Tyler Heiple of Cahokia, IL, his mother; Arlene Heiple, nee Goessling of Dupo, IL; and three siblings, Janet (Ron) Eckerd of Dupo, IL, Stanley (Pam Reppy) Carter of Cahokia, IL, and Jackie Miller of Dupo, IL. He was also a dear brother-in-law, uncle, cousin, nephew and friend.

Friends may visit from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 8, 2023  at Braun Colonial Funeral Home, Cahokia, Illinois. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, August 9, 2023 at the funeral home.

Graveside service will be held 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, August 9, 2023 at Camp Creek Cemetery, Murphysboro, Illinois.
