Lola E. Hurley, nee Ramsey, 88, of Cahokia, Illinois, born May 17, 1929 in Marble Hill, Missouri, passed away on Saturday March 24, 2018 at the de Greeff Hospice House in St. Louis, Missouri.

Lola was retired from Semco Plastics in St. Louis, Missouri and was a member of Bethany General Baptist Church in Caseyville, Illinois.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Norman "Jack" Hurley; a son Danny Hurley; parents Charles and Hettie, nee Crader, Ramsey; granddaughter Sheila Hurley; and great grandson Jacob Hearst.

Surviving are her children, Dave (Donna) Hurley of St. Paul, MO, Brenda Johnson of Arnold, MO, and Judy (Leroy) Jaco of Dupo, IL; a sister Beaula Vesterby of Durant, OK; and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.  She was also a dear sister-in-law, aunt, cousin and friend.

Memorial may be made be made to St. Anthony's at de Greeff Hospice House.

Friends may visit from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon on Wednesday, March 28, 2018, at the Braun Family Funeral Home, Columbia, Illinois.  Funeral services will follow at 12:00 noon at the funeral home, with Reverend Floyd Holland officiating.  Burial will be in Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, St. Louis, Missouri.
