Lillian C. Oyler, nee Clark, 94, of Auburn, IL., formerly of Cahokia, IL., born November 26, 1922 in West Clifty, KY., passed away on Sunday April 16, 2017 at St. John's Hospital Springfield, IL.

Lillian was a member of the Legion of Mary, and the Dandy Dancers. She loved to sew, paint and was an avid gardener.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Virgil Oyler; her parents, Charles and Mary Clark, nee Brown; two brothers and six sisters.

Surviving are her children, Robert (Jacqueline) Oyler, James (Linda) Oyler, Jeanne Oyler (Richard Thrasher) , John Oyler and Anita (Dwight) Telford; sister, Margaret Collett; nineteen grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Visitation on Friday April 21, 2017 at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Taylorville, IL. from 10:30 A.M. to 12 noon.

Funeral Mass 12:00 noon on Friday at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Taylorville, IL. with Monsignor David Lantz officiating. Burial in Oak Hill Cemetery, Taylorville, IL.
