Larry E. Recar 50 of Newburgh, IN., born on January 6, 1976 in St. Louis, Missouri., passed away on Friday, August 14, 2026 at Memorial Hospital, Belleville, Illinois.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Joe and Minnie Recar and Elva and Bonnie Graham.

Surviving are his children, Larry T. Recar of Carbondale, IL and Michael R. Recar of Evansville, IN; his father, Larry (Karen) Recar of St. Rose, MO; his mother, Sheila (Albert) Graham of Fairview Heights, IL; a brother, Charles Lee Michael Stockman of Oregon; a grandson, Avery Recar; an aunt, Bonnie (Gene) Etheridge of VanBuren, MO; an uncle, Charles Michael (Maryetta) Graham of CA.; and a great aunt, Viola Graham Phillips of Pere Marquette. IL. He was also a dear uncle, cousin, and friend.

Graveside services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 29, 2026 at Marissa City Cemetery, Marissa, Illinois.
