Katherine L. McCoy, 71, of Collinsville, IL., formerly of Cahokia, IL., born March 7, 1947 in East St. Louis, IL., passed away on Friday July 6, 2018 at Anderson Hospital, Maryville, IL.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Hubert and Evelyn, nee Edwards, McCoy; a sister, Carol Burgess.

Surviving are her daughter, Robin (Ron Waters) McCoy of Collinsville, IL.; five sisters, Vicky McCoy and Elaine Neckermann both of Columbia, IL., Barbara Smith of Cedar Hill. MO.,Delores (Gary) Blair of Dupo, IL., Linda (David) Suarez of Fairmont City, IL.; three brothers, Wayne (Jane) McCoy of Belleville, IL., Gary McCoy of Waterloo, IL. and Ralph (Sue) McCoy of Wentzville, MO. She was a dear aunt, great, aunt cousin and friend.

Visitation on Tuesday July 10, 2018 from 11 A.M. to 1 P.M. at Braun Colonial Funeral Home, Cahokia, IL.

Funeral service 1 P.M. on Tuesday at the funeral home with Pastor Roger Reid officiating. Burial in Lake View Cemetery, Fairview Heights, IL.
