Julia Kay Arbeiter, 62, of Waterloo, Illinois, born May 1, 1961 in East St. Louis, Illinois, passed away on April 11, 2024 at Mercy South Hospital, St. Louis, Missouri.

Julia worked at the work shop at Human Support in Waterloo, IL.

She was preceded in death by her parents; Russell and Delma, nee Stepp, Arbeiter;

Surviving a brother, Dennis (Linda) Arbeiter of Fosterberg, IL and a sister, Brenda Appel of Dupo, IL. She was also a dear aunt, cousin and friend.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, April 22, 2024 at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Columbia, Illinois. with Pastor Stephen Krenz officiating. Burial in Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, St. Louis, Missouri.
