JUDITH "JUDY" ANN BILLITER, nee Borror, 75, of Waterloo, Illinois, born December 16, 1941, in Litchfield, Illinois, died Monday, July 10, 2017, at St. Anthony's Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri.

Judy was formerly employed by SSM Home Health in St. Louis, MO. She was very active in her Magnolia Terrace Community at Oak Hill in Waterloo, IL. She was an avid Bingo player and loved to do crafts. She always made sure that the other residents of her community received a special card for any and all occasions.

She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Eleanor, nee York, Borror; two brothers, Robert and Danny Borror; and a sister, Betty Armes.

Surviving are her children, Pam (Mike) Gowens of Waterloo, IL and William (Angela) Billiter of Columbia, IL; two sisters, Rosemary Martin of Washington, IL and Norma (Glenn) McCay of Orlando, FL; and four grandchildren, Kelly and Jamie Gowens and Zachary and Brett Swearingen. She was a dear aunt, cousin, and friend.

Friends may visit from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 13, 2017, at Braun Family Funeral Home, 265 Quarry Road, Columbia, Illinois. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, July 14, 2017, at the funeral home. Graveside services will be at 12:00 noon, Friday, July 14, 2017, at Elm Lawn Memorial Park, Litchfield, Illinois.
