Jill R. Rodenhofer, nee McCartney, 57, of Columbia, Illinois, born November 12, 1967 in St. Louis, Missouri, died Thursday, November 28, 2024 at Mercy South Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri.

Jill was employed by West Park Bowl in Columbia, IL and formerly employed in the Telecommunications industry and the Travel industry.  She was an avid bowler; a great artist and interior designer; and an excellent event coordinator.  But most of all she loved spending time with her family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, James McCartney; her sister-in-law, Cheri McCartney; her grandparents, Guy and Estelle Barnett; and an aunt, Pat Kennedy.

Surviving are her daughters, Rebecca (Jason Fricke) Valleroy of Columbia, IL and Miranda (Jason Smith) Rodenhofer of Dupo, IL; a grandson, Tanner Smith; her mother, Maxie McCartney of Columbia, IL; two brothers, Rick and Jeff McCartney, both of Columbia, IL; two nephews, Derek and Matthew McCartney; and special friends, Jerry Anderson and Jodi Viglasky.  She was also a dear cousin and friend.

In following Jill's wishes a private cremation was to be held.  A Celebration of Life will be held from 4:00 to 9:00 p.m. on Monday, December 9, 2024 at West Park Bowl/City Saloon.
