Jerry Calwell Gilliam 78 of Lebanon, IL, born March 1, 1943 in Crawford County, MO, passed away on Saturday February 19, 2022 at St. Elizabeth Hospital.

Jerry was a U.S. Army Veteran, he was a retired truck driver for many years.

Preceded in death by his loving wife Sandy Gilliam nee Biby, parents J Luther & Lola Breakfield, Gilliam, 3 brothers and 1 sister.

Surviving are his children; Cheryl Gilliam of Brandon, FL, and Kevin (Joyce) Gilliam of Waterloo, IL, 1 sister Rite Mae (Danny) Erickson of St. Louis, MO. 1 brother George (Lois) Gilliam of St. Louis, MO. 3 grandchildren; Megan, Erica Gilliam of Waterloo, IL, and Brian Ballard of Columbia, IL. Jerry was a dear uncle, cousin and friend to many.

Memorial gathering will be held on Wednesday February 23, 2022 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Braun Family Funeral Home 265 Quarry Rd. Columbia, IL. Funeral services will begin at 7:00 p.m. with Pastor Roger Reid officiating. Private cremation was held.
