Jerry D. Bridger, 56, of East Carondelet, IL, born November 20, 1963 in East St. Louis, IL, passed away on Sunday, December 8, 2019 at St. Elizabeth's Hospital in O'Fallon, IL.

He was a great brother, uncle and washer player. He also enjoyed playing cards and throwing dice.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Marvin and Lorene, nee McDaniel, Bridger; a brother, Ted Bridger Jr; and a nephew, Clay.

Surviving are his sisters, Regina (Howard) Baker of East Carondelet, IL, Lacelia Junge of Cahokia, IL, and Connie Arkilic of Granite City, IL; three nephews, Jeffery, Wayne and Erek; five nieces, Ashley, Shana, Crystal, Ally and Danyalla; very close family friends Barb Coonce and Bobby.

A gathering will be held on Friday, December 13, 2019 from 5;00 pm to 7:00 pm at Braun Colonial Funeral Home Cahokia, IL. Memorial service will follow with Reverend Terry Haynes Officiating. A private cremation was to be held.
