Jeanette Buckley, 77, of Pontoon Beach , Illinois, formerly of Cahokia, Illinois, born March 7, 1947 in St. Louis, Missouri, died Monday, August 5, 2024 at her residence.

Jeanette was retired from Hannekes Logo Wear in St. Louis, MO.

She was preceded in death by her companion Harold "Dean" Dicus; her parents, Roy and Blanche, nee Wagner, Simshauser; her siblings, Roy Simshauser, Jr., Charley, Allen, Richard, and Fred Simshauser, Richard Laird, Clara Simshauser, Marie Stewart, Ruth Ann Taylor, and Evelyn McGuire.

Surviving are her Children, John (Tonya) Buckley, Jr. of Florida and Janice (William) Wasmuth of Pontoon Beach, IL and three grandchildren, Justin Wasmuth, Dylan Buckley, and Jordan Wasmuth.  She was also a dear aunt, cousin, and friend.

In following Jeanette's wishes a private cremation was to be held.
