Janet Goersch, 81, of St. Louis, MO, passed away on September 21, 2023, in her hometown. She was born on June 23, 1942, in Cahokia, IL, to the late Thomas Edgar Frazier and Mamie Frazier (nee Frazier). Janet was a loving mother, grandmother, and sister. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Janet is survived by her brother Raymond, sister Helen Uselton, daughter Lori Rhoads, grandsons Scott McDowell (wife Jodie Tallent McDowell) and Andrew McDowell (wife Jessie McDowell), 5 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her mother Mamie Frazier, father Thomas Edgar Frazier, sister Donna Cassidy, sister Joanne Barnhill, brothers Utah, George, Bill, and Mike, and daughter Diane Barks.

In her free time, Janet enjoyed playing bingo, coloring, and knitting. These hobbies brought her joy and allowed her to express her creativity.

A private burial service will be held for Janet Goersch, with the assistance of Brian Colonial Funeral Home. The family appreciates all the love and support during this difficult time.
