Harry Mardirosian Jr., 77 of Columbia, IL., born on August 22, 1940 in East St. Louis, IL., passed away on July 16, 2018 at St. Anthony's Medical Center, St. Louis, MO.

Mr. Mardirosian was a U.S. Army Veteran, he was the owner/operator of Marty's Home builders in Columbia, IL., a member of Hope Christian Church in Columbia, IL. He was a devoted husband, grandfather and great grandfather.

Preceded in death by his son Jeremy Mardirosian, his parents, Harry & Amelia nee Homann, Mardirosian. 2 sisters Amelia "Doodle" Hughes, MaryAnn Smith. 2 brothers Charles & Dennis Mardirosian.

Surviving are his loving wife of 59 years, Norma Mardirosian nee Smith. his children, Rob (Pam) Mardirosian of Columbia, IL., Bart (Michelle) Mardirosian of Brook, IN., Cress (Kenny) Morr of Columbia, IL. Grandchildren, Shae (Jason) Dix, Kayla (Robert) Beardsley, Whitney (Robbie) Starr, Nicole (Kipp) Brocaille, Aaron Mardirosian, Casey (Jordan) Lane, Bradley (Whitney) Morr, Brett Morr, Trey Morr and Lauren Mardirosian. 11 great grandchildren. He was a dear uncle, cousin and friend to many.

Memorials may be made to Hope Christian Church Columbia, Illinois.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 19, 2018 from 9:30 am to 12:30 p.m. at Braun Family Funeral Home 265 Quarry Road Columbia, IL. Funeral services will be held at 12:30 p.m. at the funeral home with Reverend Ron Chase officiating. Burial will be in Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.
