Frances Nadler, nee Hayden, 82, of Cahokia, Illinois, born February 25, 1936, in East St. Louis, Illinois, passed away on Thursday, May 3, 2018, fortified with the last Rites and surrounded by her family.
Frances took great pride in being a homemaker and raising 10 children. She loved to garden, to cook, and bake, and delighted in bringing the family together for holiday celebrations. After her children were raised, she went to work for Kasco Co. in the accounting department, and eventually retired from there. She was a devoted Cardinals fan and rarely missed watching a Cardinal game on TV. She made a point to acknowledge each of her children, their spouses, grandchildren, and great grandchildren on their birthdays, which she had memorized. She was a devout Catholic and a member of Holy Family Catholic Church in Cahokia, IL.
She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Martha Hayden; infant son, Eugene Anthony Nadler, Jr; son, Craig Nadler; grandson, Kaleb Nadler; and her brothers, Truman Hayden, Lloyd Hayden, and Ivan Hayden.
Frances is survived by her husband, Eugene Nadler; her children, Rhonda (Steve) Agnew, Jack (Teressa) Reynolds, Jerry (Tanya) Reynolds, Mark (Lisa) Nadler, David (Jo) Nadler, Michael (Penny) Nadler, Ken (Tara) Nadler, Janet (Stephen) Leicht, and Amber (Kevin) Kotula; dear daughter-in-law, Tina Zygmund; dear brother, Harley Hayden; and dear sister, Frieda Fernandez; 32 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. She was a loving aunt, cousin, godmother, and friend.

Memorial visitation will be held from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 10, 2018 and from 8:00 to 9:00 a.m. on Friday, May 11, 2018, at Braun Family Funeral Home, 265 Quarry Rd, Columbia, IL. Funeral procession to leave at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, May 11, 2018, from the funeral home to Holy Family Catholic Church in Cahokia, for a 9:30 a.m. Mass of the Christian Burial with Monsignor John Myler and Father Linus Umoren officiating. Burial will be at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery., St. Louis, MO.
