Fern Mary Wagner, nee Eich, 90, of Columbia, Illinois, formerly of Cahokia, Illinois, born July 25, 1927, in St. Louis, Missouri, died Tuesday, April 3, 2018 at Belleville Memorial Hospital.

Mrs. Wagner was retired from Anheuser Busch in St. Louis, MO. and was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church in Cahokia, IL.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, George Faulkner; her second husband, George Wagner, Jr.; a step son, Kenneth "K.C." Wagner; and her parents, Joseph and Emma, nee Bathon, Eich; three brothers, Gilbert, Leroy, and Sterlin; and three sisters, Alberta, Joan, and Laverne.

Surviving are a son, Martin (Linda) Faulkner of Decatur, AL; her step children, Patricia (Dale) Winter of Bloomington, IN, Robert (Bridget) Wagner of Columbia, IL, Verna (Johnny) Ramirez of Dupo, IL, and George (Mary) Wagner of East Carondelet, IL; a sister, Marcella Jones of St. Louis, MO; 13 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren, She was also a dear sister-in-law, aunt, cousin, and friend.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Humane Society or Hospice of Southern Illinois, Orange Team South.

Friends may visit from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. on Friday, April 6, 2018, at Braun Family Funeral Home, Columbia, Illinois. Funeral services will follow at 9:30 a.m. at the funeral home with Father Linus Umoren officiating. Burial will be in Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, St. Louis, Missouri.
