Edna L. Hunter, nee Fusselmann, 81 of Columbia, IL, born May 10, 1941 in East St. Louis, IL, passed away on Wednesday, March 8, 2023 at Mercy South Hospital In St. Louis, MO.

Edna enjoyed spending time with her family, playing rummy with her grandson and beating him every time. She was an animal lover, especially dogs.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence Hunter; two daughters, Lori Laramore and Tudy Morisette.

Surviving are her children, Jill Hunter of Columbia, IL and Bobbie Fusselmann of Oklahoma; grandchildren, Angie, Phillip, Chad, Cole, Devin and Daisia; great grandchildren, Carter, Chloe, Mila, Nora and Auggie. She was a dear sister, sister-in-law, aunt, cousin and friend.

Memorials may be made to the Humane Society.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 14, 2023 from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm at Braun Family Funeral Home Columbia, IL. Memorial service will begin at 6:00 pm with Roland Laramore Officiating.
