Edith E. Malin/Rice nee Foster 88 of Dupo, IL, born June 11, 1934 in Millstadt, IL, passed away on Friday January 27, 2023 at her residence surrounded by her loving family.

Edith retired from Mercantile Bank, St. Louis, MO, where she worked as a teller for many years.

Preceded in death her first husband Glenn Malin Her daughter Laurel Tutor, her brothers Carl, Harvey, Arthur and Otha Foster. her sisters Annie Cornwell, Garnett Walts, Mae Davenport and Matilda Trustee, and her grandson, Daniel Tutor.

Surviving are her children; Linda (Jim Brann) Steele of Ft. Myers, FL, Dan (Debbie) Malin of Dupo, IL, Mike (Kenna) Malin of Bee Springs, KY, Mark (Tammy) Malin of Bee Springs, KY, Darryl (Cindy) Malin of Belleville, IL. Son-in-law Loyd Tutor of Dupo, IL. 7 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Edith was a dear aunt, cousin and friend to many.

Visitation will be on Tuesday January 31, 2023 from 10:30 am to 1:00 p.m. at Braun Family Funeral Home 265 Quarry Rd. Columbia, IL. Funeral services will begin at 1:00 p.m. with her nephew Pastor Alvin Trusty officiating. Burial will be in Lake View Memorial Gardens in Fairview Hgts, IL.
