Earl Wayne Anderson, 88, of Bonne Terre, Missouri, formerly of Millstadt, Illinois, born January 26, 1935 in Leachville, Arkansas, died Monday, January 15, 2024 at his residence.

Earl retired from truck driving after 55 years..  He was a U.S. Army Korean war veteran.  Earl was a Jack of All Trades, however, he loved to work on old cars.  But most of all he love spending time with his family.

He was preceded in death by two wives, Shirley Anderson and Karen S. Anderson; parents, James M. and Arie A. Anderson; a brother, Richard Anderson; a sister, Lodean Asher Anderson; and a sister-in-law, Virgie Anderson.

Surviving are his children, Brenda (Wayne) Hitzemann of Ellis Grove, IL, David E. (Cathy) Anderson of Bonne Terre, MO, Jeffrey W. (Paulette) Anderson of Bonne Terre, MO, and Scott W. (Lisa) Anderson of Park Hills, MO; many step children; and many, many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and friends.

Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or the Fallen Hero's Fund.

Friends may visit from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, January 21, 2024 at Braun Family Funeral Home, Columbia, Illinois.  Funeral service will be held at 12:00 noon on Monday, January 22, 2024 at the funeral home.  Burial will be in Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, St. Louis, Missouri.
