Diane I. Fullbright - Lenz, nee Schmidt, 73, of Cahokia, Illinois, born February 2, 1952 in St. Louis, Missouri, died Friday, September 5, 2025 at her residence.

Diane was retired from More 4 Less in Cahokia, IL.  She was an avid dog lover, who recently lost her beloved companion Jaxon.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Homer Fullbright and her parents, Elmer and Audrey, nee Noll, Schmidt.

Surviving are her brother, Ronald Schmidt of Florissant, MO; a nephew, Jason (Morgan) Schmidt of St. Charles, MO; and several friends, including her very dear friend, Sandy Hayes of Cahokia, IL.

A committal service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, September 15, 2025 at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, St. Louis, Missouri. A funeral procession will leave at 10:40 a.m. from Braun Family Funeral Home, Columbia, Illinois
