Delores M. Blanks nee Miller 86 of Waterloo, IL., formerly of Cahokia, IL., was born on June 14, 1930 in VanVuren, MO., passed away on Wednesday February 8, 2017 at Oak Hill Nursing and Rehab Center in Waterloo, IL.

Delores was a lifelong member of Living Waters Church of God in Cahokia, IL., she a formerly employed by Bussmann Fuse Company in St. Louis, MO.

Preceded in death by her husband Kelly M. Blanks, her son Larry Blanks, her parents Thomas & Ida Miller and a grandson Kevin Robinson and many brothers and sisters.

Surviving are her daughter Luanna (David) Blissenbach of Columbia, IL, 2 grandchildren Kelli Robinson of Waterloo, IL., and Jonathan (Elizabeth) Blissenbach of Millstadt, IL., 4 great grandchildren, Rachel, Matthew, Andrew and Braden. She was a dear aunt, cousin, sister-in-law and friend to many.

Visitation will be on Tuesday, February 14, 2017 from 10:30 am to 12 noon at Braun Family Funeral Home 265 Quarry Road Columbia, IL., funeral service will begin at 12 noon with Pastor Brian Mixon officiating. Burial will be in Jefferson Barracks Natl. Cemetery St. Louis, MO.
