Debra Elaine McDaniel, 62, of Dupo, Illinois, born December 6, 1962 in East St. Louis, Illinois, passed away on Monday, November 17, 2025 at her residence.

Debra attended the First Pentecostal Church  of Red Bud, IL.  She loved to paint and take pictures.  However, her greatest joy was her grandchildren.

She was preceded in death, by her parents, Donald and Alice, nee Sewell, McDaniel,a brother, Johnny McDaniel; two sisters, Tina and Dawn McDaniel.

Surviving are her companion, Chris Agin of Ballwin, IL; children, Jessie Potts of Dupo, IL, Nicole Potts of Dupo, IL, and Joseph Deatherage of MO; a brother, Robert McDaniel of Massachusetts; five grandchildren, Kody Potts, Isabelle and Zoe Deatherage, Joseph Robinson, Hunter Greene. She was also a dear aunt, cousin, and friend.

A private cremation will take place.  A Celebration of Life will be planned at a later date.
