David Michael Staggs, 58, of New Baden, Illinois, born August 10, 1963, in St. Louis, Missouri, died Friday, September 17, 2021, at the Royal Living Center in New Baden, Illinois.
David was preceded in death by his parents, Eugene E. and Norma L., nee Woods, Skaggs.
He is survivived by aunts, uncles, and numerous cousins.
A private burial will be held at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, St. Louis, Missouri.
