Daniel "Danny" M. Greene,59, of Caseyville, Illinois, born November 24, 1961 in St. Louis, Missouri, died Sunday, January 10, 2021, at his residence, surrounded by his loving family.

Danny was the owner/operator of Road Runner Truck Repair in St. Louis, Missouri. He loved the outdoors and enjoyed hunting and fishing. He also was an avid fan of stock car racing.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Ara Garner, Smith Dalton Greene, Ruth Browning and Orville Buff.

Surviving are his wife, Sheila Greene, nee Ireland; his children, Rachel (Mike) Ford of Dupo, IL, Matt (Amber) Graves of Cahokia, IL, and Morgan (Nikki) Greene of Dupo, IL; his parents,Morgan and Donna, nee Buff, Greene of East Carondelet, IL; two brothers, David (Trish) Greene of Kentucky and Murlen "Travis" (Dona) Greene of East Carondelet, IL; six grandchildren, Matthew Graves, Logan Greene, Nevaeh Graves, Joseph Robinson, Hunter Greene, and Angel Graves; and his granddogs, Bella and Tank. He was also a dear brother-in-law, uncle, nephew, cousin, and friend.

Friends may visit from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 14, 2021, at Braun Colonial Funeral Home, Cahokia, Illinois. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, January 15, 2021, at the funeral home, with Pastor Roger Reid officiating. Graveside services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 16, 2021 in Rosebud, Illinois.
