Clara "Emma" Moore, nee Hackmann, 97., of Cahokia, Illinois, born November 11, 1923,in East St. Louis, Illinois died Tuesday, August 24, 2021 at her residence surrounded by her loving family.

Clara was a member of the Cahokia Traders Camping Club with the NCHA.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Andrew Moore; a daughter, Charlotte "Tom" Moore; a son-in-law, Charles Price; four brothers, Frank, Paul, and Harry Hackman, and Edward Mogg; and three sisters, Agnes Dixon, Louise Deskel, and Hilda Walker.

Surviving are her children, Robert (Sharon) Moore of Cahokia, IL, Margaret Price of Licking, MO, Linda Moore of Cahokia, IL, Sandra Moore of Shiloh, IL, Terri (Russ Binns) Harris of Graham, WA, and Gary (Kate) Moore of Cahokia, IL; a sister, Freida Brunson of Jacksonville, FL; and many grandchildren, great grand children, and great great grandchildren. She was also a dear aunt, cousin, and friend.

Friends may visit from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, August 27, 2021 at Braun Family Funeral Home, Columbia, Illinois. Funeral services will held at 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Russell Brewer officiating. Due to recent COVID concerns all visitors are requested to wear a mask. Burial will be in Valhalla Gardens of Memory, Belleville, Illinois.
