Charles L. Wisely's Obituary
Charles L. Wisely, 74 of Cahokia, IL, born April 25, 1946, passed away on Wednesday, January 13, 2021.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Earl and Fern Wisely, nee Champion; brother, Robert Wisely.
Surviving are his niece, Michelle (Lee) Ferguson of Belleville, IL; nephew, Vincent Wisely of Belleville, IL; a very special friend, Debra Waterland of St. Louis, MO. He was a dear uncle, cousin and friend.
A private cremation was held.
