Billie Sue Grogan nee Pennington 69 of Columbia, IL, born August 22, 1953 in Lexington, KY, passed away on Sunday April 23, 2023 at her residence.

Billie loved doing cross stitching, baking and was a beautician for many years, she loved her family with all her heart.

Preceded in death by her twin sons Jeffery Dale & Rocoe. Her parents Roscoe & Edith Miller, Pennington. 1 sister Shirley Spurgeon and 1 nephew Tony Spurgeon.

Surviving are her loving husband of 52 years of marriage Dale E. Grogan, her sons Michael Grogan of Granite City, IL, and Cory (Ruth) Grogan of Overland, MO.  1 sister Juanita Linhardt of Bowling green, KY. 1 brother James (Fern) Pennington of Orlando, FL. 3 grandchildren Michaela Grogan of Columbia, IL, Trevor Grogan of Festus, MO, Levi Grogan of Granite City, IL. Billie was a dear aunt, cousin and friend to many.

Visitation will be held on Thursday April 27, 2023 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Braun Family Funeral Home 265 Quarry Rd. Columbia, IL. Funeral services will begin at 4:00 p.m. with Chaplain William E. Galyon Jr. officiating. Graveside services will be on Friday at 11:00 am at Missouri Veterans Cemetery in Wayensville, MO.
