Beatrice Khoury, nee Hager, 66, of East Carondelet, IL, born August 7, 1951 in St. Louis, MO, passed away on Thursday April 26, 2018 at her residence.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Oscar and Lora Hager, nee Temple; two sisters, Mary Alice Hager and Louise Hager; brother, Jack Hager; brother-in-law, Frank LaChance.

Surviving are her husband, Myles Khoury; children Myles (Michelle Kastner) Khoury Jr. of Columbia, IL, Michael (Rena) Khoury, Manda (Jimmy) Mantz, Matthew (Chelsea) Khoury all of East Carondelet, IL.; Seven sisters, Jane LaChance of Smithton, IL, Kay (Gary) Henley of Melhville, MO,Vera (Paul) Clinton of Cahokia, IL, Cheryl (Steve) Andrews of Cahokia, IL, Sandy (Jim) Grimm of Festus, MO, Connie (Dave) Wuebbles of Imperial, MO, Tina Hager of Melhville, MO; three brothers, Jerry (Diane) Hager of Dittmer, MO, Jimmy Hager of Arnold, MO, Gerald (Barb) Hager of Wentzville, MO; 12 grandchildren Brandon, Danny, Myles III, Josh, Nick, Jimmy III, Chase, Amber, Matthew Jr., Miranda, Chaz, Chayanne; great grandchildren; daughter-in-law Cherie Khoury. She was a dear aunt, cousin and friend.

Visitation will be on Monday, April 30, 2018 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Braun Colonial Funeral Home Cahokia, Illinois. Funeral service will follow on Monday at 7;00 p.m. with Reverend Larry Ridenour officiating at the funeral home. Grave side service will be on Tuesday, May 1, 2018 at 12:00 noon at Poplar Bluff City Cemetery Poplar Bluff, Missouri.
