Barbara E. Robinson, nee Lewis, 86, of Columbia, IL, formerly of East Alton and Pierron, IL, born May 31, 1936 in Pittsburg, KS, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 17, 2023 at her residence.

Barbara attended Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Columbia, IL. She loved crafting, sewing, and staying in touch with family.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald D. Robinson; her parents, Loyd and Mary, nee Morgan, Lewis; and a grandson, Bradley Dunn.

Surviving are her children, Karen (Mark) Brigman of Columbia, IL, David Robinson of Marion, IL,and Cheryl (Michael) Dunn of Nicholasville, KY; six grandchildren, Kelly (Christopher) Klingert of Columbia, IL, Tyler (Shellina) Robinson of Charlotte, NC, Matthew Brigman of Belleville, IL, Sara (Tom) Cocke of Palmyra, VA, Diana (Richard) Hake of Lexington, KY, and Daniel Robinson of British Columbia, Canada; and nine great grandchildren.  She was also a dear cousin and friend.

Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.

In following her wishes, cremation was to be held.  A Memorial Mass will be held on Wednesday, May 31, 2023 at 10:30 AM at immaculate Conception Catholic Church Columbia, IL. A burial in Ozark Memorial Park Cemetery in Joplin, MO to follow.
