Allen W. Raines, 69 of Cahokia, IL, born July 16, 1953 in Wood River, IL, passed away on Wednesday, November 30, 2022 at Evelyn's House in Creve Coeur, MO.

Allen was retired from Olin Brass in Wood River, IL. He had an extensive music collection and enjoyed concerts and listening to music.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ronald and Fannie Raines, nee Minter; two brothers, Steve and Larry Raines.

Surviving are his loving wife, Terry Raines, nee Walker; three children, Brian (Jane) Raines, Carla (Bennie) Sutton both of Arnold, MO and Kevin Raines of Cahokia, IL; a sister, Cheryl (Kevin) Sethaler of North Carolina; sister-in-law, Freda Raines of California; four grandchildren, Aubree, Hudson, Logan and Charlie. He was a dear son-in-law, brother-in-law, uncle, cousin and friend.

Visitation will be held on Monday, December 5, 2022 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at Braun Family Funeral Home Columbia, IL. Funeral service will follow at 7:30 p.m. with Reverend Roger Reid officiating. A private cremation will follow.
