Alice Mary Richards, nee Spink 88 of Belleville, IL born April 13, 1938 in Elizabethtown, KY, passed away on Tuesday September 1, 2026 in Columbia, IL.

Alice was a retired US Federal employee. She enjoyed bowling and dancing in her free time.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Claude & Rachel Spink; two sisters, Betty Spink and Rose Marie Elkins; brother Robert Spink; brother-in-law, Bill Elkins.

Surviving are her three sons, Michael Richards, Keith (Ann Zieger) Richards and David (Matilde) Richards; a brother, Dick (Sue) Spink; six grandchildren, Hannah (Anthony) Stott, Dylan Richards, Shane (Madi Saulter) Richards, Heather (Jon Saleen) Richards, Clay (Madison) Richards, Micah Richards; four great grandchildren, two sister-in-laws, Carolyn Mattingly Spink and Sue Spink. She was a dear aunt, cousin and friend.

A private family service will be held.
